#4 Medicine, Murder, and Mayhem in Ancient Greece
Richard C. Froede, MD Tucson, AZ | Richard D. Walter, MA Montrose, PA |
During the time of Hippocrates, 460-380 BCE, the Mediterranean area sounds like an ideal Place to live. Comparing that time to the present is like "Deja Vu all over again" (Y. Berra). The presenters will discuss certain aspects of history, medicine, and crime to show that things never change but will repeat endlessly throughout the history of mankind. They will discuss that today's problems are similar to those that existed centuries ago modified only by today's technology and principles.
